Garden Sprouts & Rhubarb

Borage -- the Chef says you can eat the flowers (uh, cocktail garnish!)

(not) green zinnia sprout -- go go go

The big-ass Rhubarb overtakes the east end .

    You can eat them, they taste a bit like slightly sweet cucumber. And they make a elegant cocktail garnish for Martinis and such.
